Part-time Bookkeeper

All sales ledger duties including sales order processing, invoicing and credit control
- Purchase ledger duties, making payments, processing invoices
- Daily banking
- Bank and credit card reconciliations
- Assisting with some elements of preparing monthly management accounts
- Providing payroll cover for the Payroll Manager
- General office administration e.g. diary management, answering phone, directing queries, etc.
The company uses Sage software, so previous experience of this would be highly beneficial. You will need good bookkeeping / accounts experience. The company are ideally looking for someone to work circa 20-25 hours per week, ideally over 4 or 5 days.
**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent
Part-time hours: 20-24 per week
**Salary**: £13.00-£16.00 per hour
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Gosport, Hampshire: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
**Experience**:
- bookkeeping: 1 year (preferred)
