Duties:

- Provide daily care for animals in the kennel, including feeding, watering, and exercising
- Clean and maintain kennels, ensuring a safe and sanitary environment for the animals
- Assist with grooming tasks such as bathing, brushing, and nail trimming
- Administer medications and treatments as directed by the supervisor
- Monitor the health and behavior of animals, reporting any concerns to the appropriate staff member
- Assist with customer service duties such as answering phone calls, scheduling appointments, and providing information to pet owners
- Help with pet sitting services, including walking dogs and providing companionship
- Assist with general maintenance tasks around the facility

**Skills**:

- Strong communication skills to interact with pet owners and coworkers
- Ability to handle and restrain animals safely and compassionately
- Knowledge of basic animal care and behavior
- Ability to follow instructions and work independently or as part of a team
- Physical stamina to handle heavy lifting and perform tasks that require bending, stooping, and standing for long periods of time

Note: Experience working in a kennel or veterinary setting is preferred but not required. Training will be provided.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time
Part-time hours: 15 per week
