**Interior Designer - London - Salary: £35k - 40k**:
A boutique Interior Design studio with specialisms in the Residential Sector, they are looking for a talented Interior Designer to join the London team. What started as a one woman band has now grown to an established, collaborative team who aim to design with their clients in mind to create beautiful spaces that benefit the users. Their values are focused on creativity, collaboration, integrity and individuality which is consistently demonstrated through their work and studio.

This exciting role will suit a highly skilled, creative, self-motivated and disciplined individual who is a team player used to managing their own projects. The Interior Designer will be expected to take the lead on projects from concept to completion. This is a client facing role where the Designer will also be a regular presence on site during construction so must enjoy this collaborative aspect of the role. We require an in-depth knowledge of FF&E and extensive experience working with UK clients.⁠

**Responsibilities**:

- Oversee and manage projects, ensuring impeccable design delivery that exceeds client expectations.
- Develop detailed technical specifications and drawings, showcasing your expertise in floor plans, kitchens, bathrooms, bespoke joinery, and architectural details.
- Present high-quality design proposals, including mood boards, room layouts, and material boards.
- Effectively liaise with clients, architects, and contractors, fostering clear communication and collaboration.
- Stay at the forefront of industry trends and materials, continuously enriching your design knowledge.
- Engage in networking opportunities and complete CPD courses to enhance your skills.

**Requirements**:

- Possess relevant interior design experience, with a preference for Interior Architecture expertise.
- Demonstrated experience liaising proficiently with clients, conveying ideas efficiently and effectively.
- A strong understanding of the Interior Design process, specifically the RIBA BIID design stages.
- Proficient in AutoCAD, Sketchup, Photoshop, and Microsoft Office. Familiarity with Canva is beneficial.
- Exhibit excellent research and sourcing skills, reflecting your eye for quality and detail.
- Showcase a unique sense of style, adeptly creating aesthetically pleasing interiors.
- Strong visual design skills, encompassing proportion and aesthetics.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, facilitating seamless interactions.
- Acquainted with building codes and inspection regulations related to interiors.
- Capable of managing projects and FF&E procurement efficiently, respecting deadlines.
