**Salary plus commission circa £30k - £45k**

**Working pattern: 35 hours per week, with some weekend working required**

**Role Profile**

Are you a hardworking, self-motivated and tenacious lettings professional with sound experience in the new homes lettings market or previous experience in Shared Ownership sales?

If so, we want to hear from you. This is a fantastic opportunity to join an expanding team and let homes with a difference.

London Living Rent offers customers affordable homes for rent, on secure tenancies with the option to purchase via shared ownership.

You will be required to qualify leads, advise customers on the benefits of the London Living Rent scheme, carry out viewings and progress sign-ups within target and timescales. We are looking for applicants who have a commercial mindset, ideally have experience in new home lettings, can demonstrate excellent attention to detail, and have a track record of meetings targets in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

To succeed in this role, you should be good at building relationships with people and communicate well with colleagues and prospective residents. You’ll have excellent time management skills along with the ability to manage your own caseload whilst adhering to deadlines. Stakeholder management is key to this role, and an ability to engage with a diverse customer base is essential.
