**The Opportunity**:

- Location: Chesterfield and surrounding areas
- School Type: Secondary Schools
- Pay: £400-£450 per week, term-time only
- Working Hours: Full-time, Monday to Friday or Part-time flexible days throughout the week.

To be considered, you must:

- Hold a degree with a minimum classification of 2:2
- Be driven by a passion for working with students and influencing their lives positively
- Radiate enthusiasm, friendliness, and approachability
- Demonstrate strong communication skills
- Approach the classroom with creativity and self-reflection
- Build robust, supportive relationships with students of diverse needs

**Key Responsibilities**:
In this role, your key responsibilities will include:

- Supporting students in a classroom environment
- Leading small groups and providing one-on-one support outside the classroom
- Collaborating with classroom teachers to enhance the educational experience
