Voids Cleaner

**PROPERTY CLEANS FALKIRK**

We are currently recruiting for the position of a cleaning operative within our renowned commercial cleaning company. As a property cleaner you will have a keen eye for detail, strong work ethics and will be well-organized.

The job will involve the cleaning of properties ranging from one to three bedrooms as follows.

1. VOID PROPERTIES:
These are empty properties which have recently been refurbished/ painted and need cleaning before new tenants move in. The job will consist of some general cleaning duties as per client specifications.

The working days will be Wednesday -Friday. The salary for this job is £11.00 per hour.

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- Full UK driving license is required.
- Previous cleaning experience will be an advantage but is not necessary as full training will be provided.
- Ability to work in team,
- Good time management,
- Precision and attention to detail,
- Willingness to learn and a degree of flexibility.
