Key Responsibilities:

- Work closely with the Sales Manager to identify and implement possibilities for improving sales processes.
- Assist the Sales Manager in implementing a sales plan that delivers all targets to increase gross profit and margins.
- Fully comply with the Inbound Sales process.
- Respond to all inbound enquiries in a timely and professional manner.
- Post-sales administration for all completed sales orders.
- Support the Sales Manager in providing specialised Account Management to the company’s key customers.
- Support the Operations team with warehouse, purchase order administration Health, safety and Cleaning when required.

Knowledge, skills and experience:

- Strive to achieve and exceed sales targets and make money for the business.
- Capable of building a great rapport with customers.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills and a natural ability to forge relationships with potential clients.
- Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills.
- Understanding of CRM software and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc).
