**JOB TITLE**: SALES ADMINISTRATOR

**LOCATION**:AYLESFORD, KENT **DATE**:JULY 2023

**Responsibilities**:

- Follow up calls made to mailing campaigns to both existing and new companies. This will involve cold calling and commitment to follow each lead through to conclusion
- To become the key point of contact between H&MV Engineering, our client base and internal stakeholders.
- Build and maintain a personal database of potential and existing customers. Ensure that information contained in the main business database (Zoho) reflects relevant market intelligence.
- Monitor, control and chase all leads, tenders and quotations within parameters agreed with their Line Manager/BDMs
- Maintain detailed analysis of critical business information, including intelligence around business gained, lost and our competitors.
- Build relationships with external customers and offer excellent customer service throughout the process from initial contact to responding to post sales queries.
- Provide administrative support to sales and marketing activity
- Any other duties as required by the UK Sales Director and sales staff.
- Work from external systems and the internet and follow up leads to generate quote requests / new company leads interested in products and services offered by H&MV Engineering.
- Work closely with the Business Development Managers to make a significant contribution to the development of a customer base of Contractors, Consultants, Developers and Land Owners, to ensure that we maximise market share and new business opportunities.
- Analyse and monitor all sales leads. From these, identify and prioritise potential new business and liaise with the external sales force to maximise opportunities.
- Support the Proposals Manager in preparation and submittal of PQQ’s
- Stock control of corporate merchandising and exhibition content
