**Position Overview**:
**Roles & Responsibilities**:

- Utilize extensive experience in telecom network OR & MDU environments to effectively supervise cable installation teams and ensure project goals are met.
- Maintain productivity objectives established by higher management, implementing strategies to optimize workflow and resource allocation.
- Oversee underground, overhead PIA, and trenching telecom network installations, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and project specifications.
- Leverage expertise in GPON Technology, FTTH/FTTX, FTTM, and other telecom technologies to support project execution and troubleshoot technical issues as they arise.
- Facilitate the splicing of single-mode and multicore fiber optic cables, ensuring precision and accuracy to maintain network integrity.
- Provide mentorship and training to team members to enhance their technical skills and ensure adherence to industry best practices.
- Collaborate with project managers and other stakeholders to address project requirements, timelines, and deliverables effectively.

**Requirements**:

- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Telecommunications, Electrical Engineering, or a related field
- Technical Knowledge
- Splicing Proficiency
- Team Leadership
- Experience overseeing underground, overhead PIA
- Strong understanding of single and multi-mode fibers
- Expertise in GPON Technology, FTTH/FTTX, FTTM, and other telecom technologies
- Extensive experience in supervising cable installation teams in telecom network Outside Plant (OSP) and Multiple Dwelling Unit (MDU) environments

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: £25,000.00-£40,000.00 per year
