Assembly Fitter

We are looking to appoint a suitably qualified fitter to work as part of a busy team, assembling, testing and calibrating our growing range of torque multiplier tools. The assembly of precision gearboxes using a range of specialised tools is a key part of the role, along with the ability to work to tight deadlines while maintaining the required level of detail and quality.

Previous experience in a similar role in a mechanical engineering environment is essential.

An NVQ level 4 or equivalent in an engineering discipline and experience working with electronic assemblies would be advantageous, however full training will be given.

In return for a 38½ week, we can offer a starting hourly rate circa £15.08 depending on experience.
