KM Recruitment is pleased to be recruiting on behalf of a leading training provider, operating nationally within the Apprenticeship sector. We are currently looking to recruit a Hospitality IQA for Front and Back of House Apprenticeships.
**The Role**
- Internal Verification / Quality Assurance of Hospitality Apprenticeships Levels 2 and 3.
- Develop, update and maintain sampling plans in line with company and awarding organisations requirements.
- Conduct standardisation meetings.
- Produce reports for senior management based on Assessor performance, grading and learner cohort progressions against agreed learning plans.
- Train and support trainee/new Assessors
- Assist in the planning and running of external quality assurance and compliance visits
- Ability to write reports and maintain records using information systems
- Coach, observe and develop assessors to meet the requirements of their role
**Essential Criteria**
- Must be a qualified Assessor (CAVA/D32/D33/A1) and Internal Verifier award (D34 / V1/ IQA)
- Must have occupational competency in Hospitality Front of House at management level (Ideally also have Back of House Food Prep experience but not essential)
- Experience of coaching and developing remote assessors
- Excellent knowledge of SFA funding compliance
- English or Maths at level 2
- Experience of using e-portfolios
