I have a post for an experienced Multi Trade Worker to join our Empty Homes Team covering South London.

The role - Working with the Voids maintenance team, you will be working in empty properties in South London.

You will carry out building repairs, maintenance and renewals ranging from installation work in Joinery, basic plumbing, carpentry, plastering and painting

We are looking for people who can carry out works to a consistently high standard of quality and customer satisfaction and complete works 'Right First Time'. Hours of work will be between the core hours of 8.00 am and 5.00 pm (Monday - Friday) - 39 hoursper week - Company Van included.

Requirements needed to apply.
- A full driving licence required.
- Experience in Domestic repairs and maintenance.
- NVQ or equivalent trade
