**Job Description**:

- Deliver with high quality your assigned System Engineering work package in collaboration with all cluster project manager
- Support the overall system engineer lead/project manager during acquisition activities
- Collect the system requirements with the customer
- Analyse and cluster the requirements within the different hardware cluster stakeholder
- Develop and update the EE/System architecture and plan, agree it with the customer as well as the system development partners and third-party supplier
- Moderate the interdisciplinary development team, enforce the project team to deliver their work package
- Structure the system-of-interest
- Analyse the feasibility of features to answer the customer requirements
- Execute the functional decomposition and architecture development
- Interact on various level at the customer as well as internally, with engineers, project leaders, program managers, chief engineers, higher management levels.
- Identify and manage the technical risks and chances in a project
- Holistic solving of cross domain problems on systems-of-interest level with project boundaries (cost, time, feasibility)

**Qualifications**:
**Essential skills**:

- Several years of experience in the automotive engineering world, ideally cross domain
- Broad technical understanding of vehicle technology and systems
- Experience in automotive series projects
- Communicative and team player
- Business fluent English both written and spoken

**Desired skills**:

- Experience as a System Engineer
- Experience in technical leadership

- Proactive and self-motivated
- Able to build high quality and lasting relationships with all stakeholders, with high ability to convince on various levels
- Good interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
