**Job Title**: Registered Nurse (Learning Disability)

**Salary**: £35,000 - £46,000 per annum
**Employment Type**: Full-time or Part-time (Permanent position)
We are currently recruiting for a compassionate individual to join our team and make a positive impact on the lives of individuals with learning disabilities. This position offers a competitive salary ranging from £35,000 to £46,000 per annum.
**Responsibilities**:
As a Registered Learning Disability Nurse, your primary responsibilities will include:
- Conducting assessments and developing individualised care plans for individuals with learning disabilities.
- Providing high-quality nursing care, including administering medications and treatments.
- Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to support the overall well-being of individuals.
- Implementing and monitoring behaviour support plans.
- Advocating for the rights and needs of individuals with learning disabilities.
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date patient records.
**Qualifications**:
To be considered for this role, you should possess the following qualifications:
- Current registration as a Learning Disability Nurse with the Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC).
- Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not required.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Empathy and a genuine commitment to the well-being of individuals with learning disabilities.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team and independently.
- Strong organisational and time-management skills.
