**Hotel Porter**

We are a boutique, independent, family run hotel set in the beautiful Hertfordshire countryside. We are currently recruiting for a part time casual, **Hotel Porter **across the hotel** **and** **for our Kingsbridge Estate, which is the ultimate showstopper wedding venue, with it's own private access off the main road, fishing lakes, plenty of quirky accommodation & stunning manicured gardens.

**Hotel Porter** - what's involved?
- answering internal calls
- greeting guests and carrying luggage to and from their room
- showing guests to their room and explaining the facilities
- taking and delivering messages to guests
- room service for Kingsbridge estate
- answering guests’ questions and queries about the hotel and local points of interest
- keeping the Kingsbridge Estate tidy, including living space, kitchen, cinema, gym and hot tub
- Driving guests from the main hotel to the Kingsbridge Estate

**Hotel Porter** - who are we looking for?
- Someone who is highly organised and a natural communicator. A people person who enjoys positively impacting on the people you interact with - both customers and other team members.
- An individual who is passionate about hospitality and customer service.
- Someone who can be part of a team that works hard, supports each other and has fun along the way.
- Must hold a UK Driving License.
