**Job Opportunity**:
We are looking for an experienced Senior Warehouse Supervisor, to coordinate our busy despatch warehouse with a total of 11 operatives at our site based at Westfield, Cumbernauld. In this role, you will ensure a constant, smooth, and efficient operation of the warehouse, whilst maintaining a high level of quality at all times.

**Responsibilities**:

- Plan and delegate daily and weekly work and equipment requirements to achieve operational and warehouse priorities and deadlines. Identify any problems which occur and react accordingly.
- Ensure daily orders are picked, packed, and shipped on time in order to meet and exceed customer expectations.
- Proactively motivate your team to ensure targets and deadlines are clearly understood and are being achieved and act as an immediate point of reference for problems.
- Stock Integrity, including ensuring our systems are accurate, while proactively contributing to reduce and minimise stock waste.
- To continually look at continuous improvements of processes, methods of operating and practices using a structured process.
- Manage the Warehouse Operatives and disciplines in line with company policies.
- Complete weekly/monthly statistical reports as required by Management.
- Motivate staff within a team-based management culture.
- Monitor performance within the Warehouse with the key objective of ensuring continual improvement.
- Ensure Health & Safety is maintained and adhered to within the warehouse in accordance with Health & Safety regulations.

- Adaptability - Continual improvement is fundamental at E&O - your role must welcome change and implement the necessary adjustments.
- Excellent Interpersonal Skills - Your role will require you to help manage a diverse team, working closely with Logistic suppliers, couriers, Freight Forwarders, and internal and external customers. Good communication skills are essential.

In addition to this, you will also enjoy operating as part of a busy team, have excellent warehouse knowledge, and the drive to increase productivity whilst maintaining accurate pick/pack and shipping. **Shift Pattern/Hours of work**:
**Dayshift**: Monday to Thursday 08.30 to 17.00, Friday, 08.00 to 16.30 (40 hours per week) Flexibility may be required to meet the needs of the business.

**Salary**: Negotiable depending on experience
