**Animal Welfare Assistant**

Looking for an enthusiastic, trustworthy and energetic team member to join an established boarding facility. Should be sociable, friendly, hard working and not afraid of a little dog glitter.

**Main duties include but are not limited to**:
Feeding, exercising, cleaning, cuddling, butt scratching and some administrative duties. Administering medication and monitoring general health and welfare. Meeting and greeting clients, human and animal forms.

**Skills required**:
Confident with all breeds and types of dogs and cats, knowledgeable of animal interactions, computer literate, basic Microsoft and Gmail skills, knowing the exact spot on fluffy to scratch when needed, own transportation, ability to work as part of a team or independently where required.

**Hours of work**:
5 days per week average 8 hous per day, occasional split shifts

**Salary**:
Starting at £12 per hour

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From £12.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability
