Cafe Assistant

Flint Owl Bakery in Brighton lanes is looking for exceptional part time counter staff.

We are a craft bakery & cafe in the lanes, Brighton selling our organic breads, pastries, cakes etc in store alongside daily lunch menus for the cafe.

Naturally you will need to enjoy providing exceptional customer service. You will have a keen interest in food and coffee and be reliable with a positive and happy nature. You will have had previous experience front of house.

Your role will be to serve behind the counter, assisting the team with various duties. These will involve welcoming customers, selling our breads and cakes, serving food, waiting tables, keeping a keen eye on product displays, making perfect coffees (we will provide further training) and regular cleaning.

We are looking for full and part time staff. 2-4 day shifts on average per week including weekends. Some early starts.
