**Description**

**Responsibilities**:

- Coach, Support and develop junior team members in order to train and aid development in their roles.
- Take ownership and accountability for all aspects of your product file, using your judgement to manage stock levels, profitability and seasonal product flow.
- Manage existing brand relationships and seek new brand partnership opportunities.
- Attending key product meetings, contributing and feeding back relevant business and marketplace insights.
- Be instrumental in the development of the category buying strategy through consumer-led buying focus.
- Participating in and contributing to trade reviews and strategy meetings, demonstrating a clear understanding of your category and current trends.
- Maintaining effective internal relationships with other departments, most notably with the Merchandising and Design Centre teams.
- Forecasting and planning by brand and product group.
- Initiating and researching new business opportunities.
- Sharing insights with other team members and departments.
- Work diligently in product development with the Design Team to further grow own label business.
- Complete regional trend research through marketplace travel and attending consumer-relevant events.
