**THE ROLE**
- To take responsibility for the delivery of the day-to-day lease management, Landlord and Tenant_
- services, service delivery and reporting requirements for properties within a Portfolio, ensuring we_
- provide a superior level of service to both customers and partners. The assets form part of our West_
- End, Paddington Central and Regent’s Place Portfolio. The role is best suited to a Graduate or Surveyor with some Property Management experience and provides a permanent position, with the opportunity to undertake the RICS Assessment of Professional Competence (APC) on the Corporate Pathway._

**WHAT YOU’LL DO**
- _Attend Property Management Meetings and provide recommendations where necessary._
- ensure these are completed in a timely manner._
- _Ensure compliance with the Management Agreements and KPIs._
- _Support delivery of the Property Management function and manage operational issues to_
- ensure satisfactory resolution, working closely with onsite teams._
- _Set up management systems for new Buildings/Property/Tenants to include lease set up, Rent_
- and Service Charge management, policies, and procedures._
- _Ensure compliance with British Land policies and best practices. Monitor existing procedures_
- and amend/update as and when necessary._
- _Ensure all statutory compliance and requirements are met._
- _Provide advice on British Land project delivery as appropriate and provision of additional_
- services as required._
- _Complete the insurance renewal process on an annual basis._
- _Coordinate, assist, prepare, and review the Management Reports, Service Charge_
- Reconciliation Packs and Service Charge Budget Packs._
- _Assist in the preparation and review of Service Charge Budgets to ensure they are competitively_
- benchmarked and RICS compliant._
- _Support the Finance Team with invoicing, credit control, and debt collection._
- _Ensure lease events are diarised and their instructions acted upon._
- _Provide a supporting role as necessary to the wider BLPM Office Team_

**ABOUT YOU**
- _Ideally, some experience within commercial property management, including Lease_
- management, Tenant Applications, and Service Charge management._
- _Health & Safety awareness._
- _Strong communication and people skills._
- _Ability to learn quickly._
- _Leadership & motivational skill._
- _IT Skills - Property Management Database management._
- _Structured reporting._
