You will have at least four years experience in a construction type role.

PM Services was established in 2019 and has doubled it’s customer base every year that we‘ve been trading. You should be innovative, creative, organised and have great attention to detail in order to keep expanding the business and retain our valued customers who often offer us repeat work.

We are paving the way for bespoke gardens and timber structures in Salisbury and the surrounding areas, some of our recent work includes hand built Oak and Douglas Fir outdoor kitchen with handcrafted concrete worktops. Hand built Douglas Fir pool room with porcelain patio pool surround and bespoke design sandstone patio with sandstone sett fire pit surround.

We are a young, dynamic and focused team and need someone to step into a management role to work alongside us, the owners, to help the business reach it‘s full capabilities.

Required:

- Set Patios and Paved surfaces out from a written plan, including ground prep
- Extensive experience with laying Porcelain, Natural Stone and Concrete Paving
- Experience with carpentry techniques
- Extensive experience with building brick retaining walls and steps
- Effectively lead team members to ensure efficient workflow and completion of projects
- Adhere to and implement safety guidelines and maintain a clean work environment.

Must Have:

- At least four years proven experience in a building, carpentry or landscaping role.
- Proficiency in working with power tools and hand tools
- Ability to read blueprints and follow instructions accurately
- Strong physical stamina and ability to lift heavy materials
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record

**Salary**: £30,000.00 per year
