Hours of work: 9am -5pm Monday to Friday
**Salary**: £11.03ph
Day to Day Duties
To provide aftersales telephone support to customers across all company supplied products and to administer field installation visits where required.
- Provide telephone support to customers after products have been installed
- Monitor installation reports raising Service Specification Sheets (SSS) where required
- Update order records as appropriate
- Raise SSS’s to record and track customer reported issues
- Allocate actions to others as appropriate
- Liaise with production and 3rd party suppliers where product is to be remade or reworked.
- Arrange collection of faulty products from customers and Field installation Personnel
- Escalate matters to management as appropriate
- Arrange Fitter visits and book appointments with customers
- Ensure Fitters sent to resolve reported problems have the necessary information and parts to complete the work required
- Monitor progress of SSS ensuring parts are sen
Essential Skills
- Confidence in using in house computer systems to access and maintain computerised records
- Able to prioritise workload in a busy environment.
- Demonstrate outstanding problem solving skills.
Desirable Experience
Previous customer support experience is desirable.
