Prospero Health & Social Care are looking for Adult Care Workers to deliver the best standards and quality of care to Adults in supported living, transition, community and employment support services supporting individuals with learning disabilities, autism, physical disabilities, sensory impairment and acquired brain injuries on a temporary basis to suit their work / life balance. These assignments will be based in Swansea, West Glamorgan.

Our client is a well established charity providing support to enable each individual to participate in meaningful activities and relationships allowing them to gain more independence and control over their lives. This in turn supports each individual to become included as a valued member of their community, irrespective of their ability. This could involve working with any of the following.
- Supported Living
- Community and employment services
- Learning Disabilities
- Sensory Impairment
- Acquired Brain Injury
- Autism

- Duration - Ongoing

- Full time/part time - Part time with varied shift patterns, Full Time hours also available
- Hours - Various Early shifts, late shifts and nights shifts available. Night cover preferred though weekend shifts available.

**Requirements**:

- Hold the right to work in the UK
- DBS (Updated or New).
- Must possess a caring, flexible nature
- Ability to drive and owner of vehicle would also be an advantage
- Building relationships with service users is key here.

Contract length: 24 months
Part-time hours: 24-45 per week

**Salary**: £14.00-£21.00 per hour
