We have a rare, yet exciting opportunity for a **HR Advisor** join our friendly, fast paced HR Team who support staff across various sites throughout Scotland.

**About the role**

As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for driving staff health and wellbeing initiatives/incentives, leading and implementing strategy as well as offer support to the HR Business Partners and recruitment team when required with various recruitment open days and other team projects.

This is a **full time, permanent role (37 hours per week)** offering hybrid working. The role will be Scotland wide and you will be required to travel to Sense Scotland locations as and when required to offer support with HR operations and deliver staff health & wellbeing information/support.

You will also be responsible for gathering key employee data.

**To be considered for this opportunity you must have the following**:

- Ability to produce high quality, accurate work to tight deadlines.
- Care/passionate about the health & wellbeing of others (financial, social, emotional)
- An understanding of employment law in practice.
- Excellent communication skills, both orally and in writing.
- A proven track record of preparing and presenting high quality reports.
- Willingness to work flexible hours when required.
- Recognised HR qualification, CIPD qualified/level 7 or equivalent or working towards this.
- UK Driving Licence
- It would be desirable if you have previous experience of using HR system ITrent and applicant tracking system Jobtrain
