**The Bull Inn located in the heart of the Cotswolds in a stunning and inspiring location is looking for Full Time Reservationist**

**Salary**: £10.50/hour

**Shifts**: 9:00 am
- 4:00 pm

4:00 pm - 10:00pm

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Ensure accuracy and completeness of reservation details, including room type, dates, and rates.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date room inventory, including blocking off rooms for maintenance or other needs.
- Coordinate room assignments and ensure guest requests are met to the best of the hotel standard.
- Provide excellent customer service to guests throughout the reservation process, including answering questions, providing information about the hotel, and recommending local activities and dining options.
- Follow established policies and procedures for handling cancellations, no-shows, and modifications to reservations.
- Keep accurate records of reservations and room inventory.

**Qualifications**:

- Previous experience as a reservationist or in a similar role in the hospitality industry preferred.
- Strong customer service skills and ability to communicate effectively with guests and colleagues.
- Ability to work efficiently and independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
- Familiarity with hotel reservation systems and software preferred.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
