Butchery Assistant

**Responsibilities**:

- Provide high level of customer service
- Clean and sanitize work area, equipment, and tools
- Package and label meat products for display and storage
- Receive and inspect meat deliveries to ensure high levels of quality are met
- Assist with inventory management and stock rotation

**Skills**:

- Basic knowledge of meat cuts and butchery techniques
- Ability to use butchery tools and equipment safely
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Good physical stamina to stand for long periods of time and lift heavy objects
- Excellent communication skills to interact with team members
