**Sales Surveyor Job Description**

The Role
- Job Title: Sales Surveyor
- Products: Cavity Wall and Loft Insulation
- Responsible to: Depot Manager at the West Bromwich depot

Summary of Role
- Make appointments with customers to undertake surveys, present yourself and represent the company in a professional manner at a mutually agreed time with the customer
- To convert suitable sales leads into firm orders
- Undertake home surveys in accordance with the company’s technical requirements.
- Accurately complete survey forms approved by the company and return completed forms to the company’s office as required
- Attend meetings at the company’s office as required

**Sales Surveyor specification**

The successful applicant will be required to work on their own initiative to complete their duties in a timely manner, be prepared to work alone in the field.

The successful applicant must be able to work unsupervised and shall be responsible to the Depot Manager.

Remuneration and Benefits

£10 per hour

Plus 10% of on price installed Able To Pay work

On target earnings £50,000 per annum

Company vehicle provided or mileage allowance at a rate up to 45p per mile

**Salary**: £25,000.00-£50,000.00 per year
