**Contract/Hours**:Permanent, Part time 21 hours - **Waking Nights**

**A bit about the role**

Tayavalla is a short breaks service based in Camelon, Falkirk offering residential short breaks to children and young people with complex health care needs, learning and physical disabilities. We encourage inclusion, ensuring that the children and young people are part of the wider community, through outings and activities we aim to provide a fun and stimulating environment for all our young people.

**How you'll help to create brighter futures**
- Supporting children to achieve positive outcomes for their
- Supporting with medical needs or support during the night if needed for the young
- Providing a safe environment for them to enjoy time with their
- Giving families the break they need to continue supporting their children.
- Assisting the children in all aspects of their care and supporting their health and wellbeing.

**Let's talk about you**
- Ideally, a HNC and SVQ 3 in a social care discipline, or a qualification in social care, nursing, education, which would meet the SSSC registration requirements.
- Experience of working with disabled young people.
- The ability to use MS Office to record case notes.
- Excellent communication
- Safeguarding
- A positive approach, providing a fun environment for all the children in our care.
