Our client is looking to appoint an HR Administrator on a part time basis. The pattern of working hours will initially be 28 hours per week, then reverting to 14 hours per week on a long term basis (Mon - Fri). This is a temporary role, initially expected to last until March 2024.

**Duties include**:

- Provision of comprehensive HR Administration support within a busy team.
- Dealing with temporary agency support - working with partner agencies to recruit short term placements; discussing requirements with managers and agencies.
- HR systems maintenance and electronic filing.
- Baseline HR policy advice (a staffing question that is easily resolved from policies) and referring more complex questions to others.
- Issue of standard letters, standard contracts - following checking and approval from others.

**Person specification**
- Strong administrative skills.
- Previous HR Administration experience preferred.
- Ability to learn new skills, systems and procedures with ease.
- Strong interpersonal, communication and teamwork skills.
- An understanding of basic HR procedures and legislation preferred.
- Strong IT Skills including MS office.
- An understanding of confidentiality and the ability to maintain accurate records.
- Our client offers hybrid working with approximately 1 day office based in the office in Invergordon/Inverness. Office based work in also available if required. Flexibility will be offered as to when the part time hours can be worked. IT systems are provided for home working._

Contract length: 6-12 months
Part-time hours: 14-21 per week

**Salary**: £14.00-£14.50 per hour
