Duties will include:
Fencing Operative:
Timber Fence installation
Timber Gate construction and installation
Timber repair works
Hoarding
Site Install planning and preparation
Steel/Aluminium Fence installation

Landscaping Operative:
Garden preparation/Rotavation raking,levelling and stone picking

Installation of new turf

Planting various shrubs,plants,trees and heging in line with a planting schedule

Operation of ground preparation equipment such as rotavator/compact tractor

Grounds Maintenance Operative:
To carry out regular maintenance tasks such as cutting of grass,hedges,edges. Clearing of garden waste and general litter

Operation of grass mowers/compact tractors/walk behind mowers /Strimmers etc.

Occasionally Carry out minor tree works

Driving licence and CSCS card are preferred

**Salary**: £19,760.00-£22,360.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- Overtime
- Weekend availability

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Bradford, BD12 0QP: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
