We’re pleased to be working with this local organisation as they look to expand their Sheffield based team with the hire of this Office Assistant role.

Supporting the wider team, a typical week will include:

- Diary management for the whole team, managing and arranging appointments for 2 service lines
- Pulling key information together to issue client reports
- Updating the company’s CRM system
- Setting up new jobs, issuing contracts and invoices
- Audio typing
- Assisting on other projects when needed

It’s an exciting time to join this business and there is potential progression for the right individual into administrative support at Director level.

Pro-activity is key in this role. As with any SME, there are times when it’s all hands to a task and this person will be integral at keeping the day to day business flowing.

This company offers hybrid working, and after you’ve completed your induction training with the team at the Sheffield office, there is the option to work from home, meeting up with the wider UK team at various locations for a once-a-month team day.

The first stage of our recruitment process once you have applied and answered the initial questions will be a short Teams call to get to know you better.
