**Responsibilities**:

- Perform comprehensive cleaning and sanitation of commercial kitchens.
- Clean equipment using a decarboniser (previous experience required).
- Diligently dust and wipe surfaces, including furniture, fixtures, and equipment, to maintain immaculate conditions.
- Utilise vacuuming and mopping techniques proficiently to ensure pristine floors.
- Execute timely disposal of rubbish and replenishment of liners.
- Replenish essential supplies such as toilet paper, paper towels, and soap.
- Adhere strictly to established cleaning procedures and guidelines to uphold exemplary cleanliness standards.
- Promptly report any maintenance or repair issues to the supervisory team.
- Maintain strict compliance with health and safety regulations at all times.

**Job Schedule**:
The shift pattern will be based on a 4 nights on 4 nights off rota.
