Job Title: Service Coordinator
Overview:
We are currently looking for a Service Co-ordinator to join our small but busy team. You will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of the service department.
As a Service Co-ordinator your duties will include but are not limited to:
- Managing the allocation of work efficiently and effectively on our software, ensuring this is done in a timely manner and service level agreements are met.
- Ensuring time on site for planned maintenance works are within contract budgets/spend limits.
- Ensuring job statuses on our software are up to date and provide on demand reports.
- Being the key point of contact for clients and service engineers including booking in maintenance of engineer vehicles.
- Ensuring clients are kept informed in advance of planned preventative maintenance visits.
- Send clients service reports, documentation and invoicing within a timely manner.
- Answering incoming calls from clients, engineers and sub-contractors and deal with them in a polite and professional manner.
- Monthly production of reports.
- Monthly review of customer pricing plans.
*Routine checks on systems in fault and appropriate action taken to resolve the issues.
Skills required:
*Confident and professional telephone manner.
*Ability to work independently managing own workload.
*Show initiate and quick thinking in a reactive environment.
*Computer literate in programmes such as Outlook, Word and Excel.
- Previous experience in the security industry is beneficial but not essential.
- Preferably 2 years of office experience required but not essential.
A full-time position within a small dedicated team. Full training will be given
Working hours will be between Monday to Friday 08.30 -17.00
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: £22,223.00-£28,580.00 per year
