Medical Secretary/receptionist

**Duties will include but are not limited to**:
- Answering /screening and forwarding calls
- Taking telephone payments
- Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise
- Booking patients
- Registering patients
- Printing and producing company documentation proficiency in Microsoft office filing and general office duties
- Good attention to detail and being well-organised
- Excellent Customer Service
- Qualifications and Skills
- Preparing medical reports
**ESSENTIAL SKILLS LEVEL, KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE**
- Experience in working in professional administrative role.
- Proficiency of using MS Office package, Word, Excel and PowerPoint in particular.
- Accurate typing and word processing skills.
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills.
- Numeracy
- Excellent organisation skills
- Positive approach to work
- Reliability and punctuality
- Ability to communicate with a range of professionals and general public
- Multitasking skills
- Ability to remain calm, work under pressure and to deadlines
- Ability to work independently and on own initiative

Due to COVID-19, work from home is recommended. You may be asked to visit the office from time to time.
The starter should expect a part-time job of 20 hours/week. However, with experience and business needs, the role may require extra working hours or a change to a full-time position.
**Job Types**: Permanent, Part-time
**Salary**: From £10.40 per hour
Expected hours: 16 - 20 per week
