Secure Unit Care Workers
Reed Health and Care are recruiting Secure Care Worker to support amazing young people and provide essential intervention work. To be suitable for the role you need to be compassionate, understanding, passionate and optimistic.
Previous experience ether in a similar role or with supporting young people with challenging behaviour is key. Full training will be given with a full induction, a four PRICE training and the opportunity to obtain a NVQ 3 in residential childcare.
Due location of the secure unit you need to have access to own vehicle. The salary range is £22,500 to £24,500 depending on experience covering 39 hours per week. Our clients is offering the following benefits: 30 days paid annual leave (including bank holidays),life assurance scheme, Blue light card, clear progression and continuous professional development and award schemes.
