Envy Builders is currently recruiting for a new staff member for combination role of office administrator & showroom assistant to join our growing organisation and support the sale and installation teams.
- have good experience in general office administration
- be competent with using MS office in particular Word and Excel
- be well organised
- have a great attention to details
- be able to work on its own as well as part of the team
- be able to deal with face to face customers to help with the showroom enquiries as needed.
- as part of the face to face duties, must be able to undertake various showroom tasks including serving customers with small quantities of fuel, maintaining the visual image of the showroom and bringing fuel in to operate the display appliances.

The role will include:

- inputting and updating data in our systems
- compiling quotations for our prospective clients with accuracy
- support all areas of business where necessary
- ensuring that customers certifications are raised in a timely manner
- organising files, paper and digital and other general office duties
- working in accordance of GDPR
- customer relation in all manners

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

**Salary**: £21,840 - 24,500 per year

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent
Part-time hours: 21 per week

**Salary**: £21,800.00-£24,500.00 per year
