Due to JCB's continued success and growth, we are hiring an additional Resourcing Advisor into our central Resourcing team based at JCB World Headquarters. This is a key role in part of a fantastic high performing HR team which will focus on bringing world class talent into the business.

**About your role**
- You'll be delivering ‘’business as usual’’ recruitment activity based on knowledge of recruitment methods and concepts
- A key support to the Resourcing Business Partner with the delivery of strategic hiring campaigns and projects
- You'll add value by developing and demonstrating a thorough understanding of trends and market knowledge of sector using knowledge to inform actions and sourcing plans
- Develop an understanding of assessment methods e.g., competency-based interviewing, psychometric testing, technical testing and assessment centres
- You'll develop knowledge of the business, the external market and trends and ensure that this knowledge is made available to the business and RBP/ team as appropriate
- You'll also be responsive to business needs, demonstrating solutions through your own actions and proactively proposing ideas and solutions
- Demonstrates an awareness of the recruitment market - understanding the key players, mapping of relevant markets and actively tracking careers of the people we want to hire
- Keeps abreast of market intelligence and of key events which might indicate a good source of resource
- Demonstrates knowledge regarding the type of measures and targets that are set for recruitment - holds awareness of these targets while delivering work
- We'd give you the opportunity to be an active contributor to a variety of HR and Recruitment projects to broaden your experience and skills

**About you**
- We're looking for someone who has a proven track record of delivering across volume recruitment and specialist briefs
- Evidence of working in a fast-paced resourcing environment, with evidence of contributing to the success and reputation of the team
- You'll be great at establishing a wider HR network (internally and externally) to ensure successful delivery of services and expectations
- Ability to demonstrate adaptability and agility across hiring requirements and stakeholders
- An advocate of KPIs as required
- Curious and with a focus on continuous improvement, and continued learning
- Time and project management experience with the ability to plan and manage time and flex up and down
- Relationships building skills, with the ability to challenge senior management when necessary, always acting with integrity
- Demonstrates a willingness to look beyond the task at hand and look at the broader picture
