Logistics Apprentice

Baltic Recruitment are currently recruiting for a **Logistics Apprentice,**working for a highly reputable client. Logistics is a key focus for our client's global business, with their suppliers and customers being based around the world. The role of Logistics is booming across all industries as global markets become increasinglyimportant.

Develop your potential in a fast-paced environment, working on planning, shipping, and sales of high-end technology products. The most recent Logistics Apprentice is now a Customer Planner and leads the account of a key customer, one of world's most respectedbrands.

**Logistics Apprentice Main Duties & Responsibilities**:

- Gain a rounded knowledge of the Logistics Department by spending time working with and supporting Production Planning, Customer Planning, Incoming Materials and Warehousing teams.
- Process customs documentation, ensuring alignment between internal and external stakeholders.
- Process customer debits notes, where a customer issues the company with a complaint. Where applicable, investigate the complaint and implement a countermeasure.
- Support Planners in their role.

**Logistics Apprentice Applicants**:

- Required Qualifications and Skills GCSEs in Math's and English with minimum C / 4 grades
- Good computer skills

**Working hours are Monday to Thursday 8am until 4.30pm and 8am until 1.30pm on Friday.
