Who we're looking for

We are looking for a Product Executive to join our Wealth Management team. You will be asked to contribute to the Cazenove Capital investment process by supporting our investment specialists with the preparation of materials and communications for investment strategy and specific investment products.

What you'll do
- To project manage the preparation of internal and external materials presented by the Investment Team within Schroders Wealth. This will include regular firmwide presentations such as the Quarterly Investment Briefing and Monthly Investment Forums, as well as material for other internal and external presentations as necessary;
- To prepare central investment reports and presentation materials for clients of Schroders Wealth on monthly and quarterly reporting cycles, including detailed market commentary, core and extended investment slide packs;
- To review and contribute to Requests for Proposals (RFP) as well as maintain a library of RFP responses in collaboration with the Wealth marketing team on an ongoing basis;
- To coordinate and assist in the preparation of monthly factsheets, quarterly and semi-annual fund reviews and other presentational material for portfolio funds run by the investment team;
- To collate and coordinate relevant information and presentations from other investment, economics and strategy teams within the Schroders Group;
- To coordinate investment messaging across the different regional offices within Schroders Wealth including the Channel Islands, Switzerland and Singapore alongside the marketing department;
- To attend investment strategy and research group meetings within the Wealth division in order to understand the rationale and context of the investment team’s key investment calls;
- To handle other administrative duties in a timely manner. This might include coordinating certain investment team meetings, the taking and publishing of minutes at these meetings, and assisting in the preparation and delivery of client specific presentations and responses as requested.

- To help implement the annual and long-term strategy for Wealth Management and ensure this is consistent with the Group strategy.
- To help ensure that the strength, quality and capabilities of the investment team are consistent with the stated strategy of the business, and ultimately the Group.
- To help ensure that the investment team operates effectively and in accordance with all procedures, including the identification, management and reporting of risks.
- To help ensure that the teams are operating within the requirements of all appropriate laws and regulations.
- To adhere to all Group policies, processes and procedures.

The knowledge, experience and qualifications you need
- Educated to degree level or equivalent
- IMC, CAIA or CFA qualifications are desirable but not essential
- Excellent analytical skills
- Strong knowledge of Excel, Word and PowerPoint
- Good knowledge of Teams, Eikon and Lipper
- Strong communication skills
