Job Introduction
**We are recruiting an Office Coordinator to work as part of the Rapport team based in Glasgow.**
You will be working in a creative environment; The client helps the world’s leading brands transform their customer experiences across the entire customer journey. Through their connected offerings in design, marketing, content and commerce, they create new ways to win in today’s experience-led economy.

30 hours a week, Monday to Friday.

Main Responsibilities
- To provide an exceptional welcome to customers to the building (meet and greet)
- To ensure the smooth running of day-to-day operation on the floor
- To improve customer engagement in all areas
- Maintaining high standards so that customer’s expectations are consistently exceeded
- To complete floor walks and audits to ensure tidiness and clear desk policy
- To assist in meeting and greeting the customer providing any necessary assistance
- Assist and support clients with the desk/office booking system and check in process
- To work within the customer service team providing support and training for other members of the team and new starters
- Take ownership of projects and ensure effective communication
- To be flexible to carry out all customer service roles as required by the line manager
- To ensure compliance with Health and Safety providing a safe working environment
- To undergo Fire Warden training each year (refresher) and become a Fire Warden on site
- To be willing to undergo First Aid training
- Have previous experience required in a client facing, customer-centric environment which involved; networking, problem solving, effective communication, and an ability to interact effectively at all levels and across diverse cultures.
- Be a self-starting people-person who fosters healthy relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Have the ability to maintain high level of concentration and focus with multiple tasks and priorities, ensuring high quality service under pressure.
- Have a professional attitude and excellent delivery of Customer Service
- Have the ability to work independently while also being a team player.
- Be personable, friendly, professional and approachable.
- Have excellent written and verbal communication
