Sanctuary Personnel, a committed and competitive recruitment agency is currently looking for an experienced and dedicated Community Assessment and Rehab Occupational Therapist to work full-time based in Bexley.

The pay rate for this permanent Community Assessment and Rehab Occupational Therapist job is £35 per hour (Assignment rate) and is an on-going contract

**Main Duties**:

- To provide a community Occupational Therapy service for older people and people with physical disabilities.
- To provide a community Occupational Therapy service for older people and people with physical disabilities.
- To recommend rehabilitative solutions, to facilitate independence, and/or improve quality of life, in accordance with Departmental policies and current legislation.
- To develop a comprehensive and effective service by continuously evaluating service provision on a professional and administrative level, and recommend and implement improvements.

**Requirements of the Community Assessment and Rehab Occupational Therapist**:

- Degree or equivalent within Occupational Therapy
- HCPC registered as an Occupational Therapist
- At least two years of post-qualifying experience working as an Occupational Therapist
