**What Is the Role of the Accounts Assistant?**
Reporting to the Finance Manager you will be responsible for the day-to-day administration and management of the Sales Ledger and Credit Control function with other elements too.
**Your Key Tasks Will Involve**
- Manage and maintain the Cash Book for receipts and Reconcile to the bank
- Assist the accounts team with completing month-end tasks
- Manage the Sales ledger process on Xero
- Allocation of payments to the ledger
- Produce and review the aged debtor report monthly.
- Report any bad debt to management
- Assist the Finance Manager and Accounts Supervisor with any ad hoc tasks throughout the month

Ideally you will also possess the following;
- A team player attitude.
- Attention to detail.
- Experience in the above although training will be given.
- Positive, can-do attitude
- Problem solving and query resolution abilities.
- Good communication skills are essential.
- Excellent organisational skills are essential.
