Compass Associates are delighted to be working with a leading healthcare provider in their search for a Theatre Nurse/Practitioner for their local private hospital. The 65-bed hospital provides high-quality healthcare across multiple specialities including Orthopaedics, Ophthalmology, as well as providing a range of in-patient services such as an in-house pharmacy, a physiotherapy department and an imaging department offering a range of diagnostic services.

**Requirements**:

- Registered Practitioner with NMC or HCPC registration
- Recognised Anaesthetic course qualification.
- Previous experience managing and leading a clinical team.
- Competency with ILS
- Evidence of on-going professional development
- Computer Literate
- Positive and flexible attitude
- Problem solving and analytical skills
- Excellent communication skills

Location
The role is located in Basingstoke - commutable from Winchester, Andover, Reading, Thatcham & Alton.
