Our client is seeking an enthusiastic individual to join them as an Assistant Administrator, responsible for supporting the administration of a diverse portfolio of companies, fund structures, trusts, and other entities. In this role, you will liaise with clients, prepare draft minutes and resolutions, and play a crucial role in the overall entity administration process. This position is ideal for someone with proven administration experience in financial services, strong numerical and communication skills, and a desire to develop a career within funds. Full support will be provided for undertaking or working towards an industry-recognized qualification.

**Key Responsibilities**:
Entity Administration:

- Assist in the administration of a portfolio of companies, fund structures, trusts, and other entities.
- Ensure accurate and timely execution of administrative tasks.

Client Liaison:

- Liaise with clients to understand their needs and address inquiries.
- Build positive relationships with clients through effective communication.

Documentation Preparation:

- Prepare draft minutes and resolutions for client entities.
- Ensure documentation is in compliance with regulatory requirements.

Career Development:

- Work towards or be actively engaged in obtaining an industry-recognized qualification.
- Take advantage of full support provided for professional development.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Proven administration experience within financial services.
- Strong numerical skills for financial calculations and data interpretation.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to communicate with clients and team members.

**Salary**: £23,000.00-£35,000.00 per year
