Job Introduction
**We are delighted to be recruiting a Guest Services Ambassador to join a brand-new Rapport team at our client's offices located in Peterborough. **Our client is a UK is a leading IT company which brings together the right technology & expertise to solve your most complex organisational challenges.

**_This is a full-time, permanent role (40 hours per week, 8 hours per day), working from Monday to Friday on a shift rota basis between 8 AM and 6 PM._**

**Main Responsibilities**
- Delivering excellent guest service and welcome, ensuring all guests are acknowledged in a professional manner in line with brand standards
- Maintaining the necessary awareness of building facilities to advise and direct guests appropriately
- Ensuring that all attendees are pre-registered and that bookings without names are reconfirmed on the day
- Supporting with meeting room bookings, front-of-house, and office administration

- Have an outgoing personality and be able to easily build rapport with key stakeholders (internal, external and VIPs)
- Have an excellent command of English, verbal and written
- Be creative, proactive, organised, detail-oriented, process-driven, and resourceful with a can-do attitude
- Have the ability to work independently and as part of a large team
- Display excellent personal presentation and interpersonal skills
- Have passion to deliver excellent guest service in everything that they do
- Preferably have previous experience in front-of-house within a luxury hotel, premium airlines, or a corporate business environment
