Our competitive rates of pay range from £8.50 to £9.60 dependent on age.

The hours for this position are 34 hours per week over 5 days including regular weekend shifts so flexibility is a must.

**The Role**

As a Outdoor General Assistant, you have a responsibility to provide excellent customer service, creating an exceptional shopping experience for our customers helping them to make informed purchases. Due to the nature of this role and heavy lifting invloved you must be physcially fit.

**What you will be doing as a Outdoor Assistant?**
- Till operation and serving customer
- Stock replenishment and merchandising across the outdoor departments.
- Creating and maintaining fabulous product displays
- Assisting our customer across the Centre taking every opportunity to WOW.
- Carry out cleaning and housekeeping tasks as needed
- Assisting customers with carrying purchases to their cars
- Collecting trolleys and shopping baskets

**What makes you our perfect Outdoor Assistant?**
- Friendly, with an engaging personality and a genuine love for customer service.
- Knowledge of Garden Centre products preferred but not essential as full training will be given
- Strong customer service skills.
- Excellent communication skills.
