**Position**: Dispensing Optician / Customer Service Manager
**Location**: Newquay, Cornwall

**Salary**:£35,000 (depending on experience)

**Hours**:Full Time - 40 hours - weekend working is required

**Newquay Specsavers** are on the lookout for a **Customer Service Manager**, who is a **qualified dispensing optician** with excellent leadership skills. You will be responsible for driving high standards of service and customer experience. You will be working within an existing Management team and will be supported by a General Manager and take on this role in their absence.

**Location**:
Newquay is a town on the north coast of Cornwall, in southwest England. It’s known for sandy Fistral and Watergate Bay beaches, where waves from the Atlantic Ocean create strong surf. On the seafront, the Blue Reef Aquarium features an underwater tunnel going through a coral-reef tank with pufferfish, sharks, and rays. Further inland, surrounded by tropical gardens, Newquay Zoo is home to lions, wildebeest, and sloths.
