The Position: Supervisor

Working with your management team you are going to set the bar for standards and be the best mentor and leader for your team.

**Working closely with the General manager, some of your responsibilities will include**:

- Provide our guests with the best Customer service possible.
- You are accountable for the running of the business day to day when senior management are absent
- Working with your kitchen team you will be responsible for food and kitchen compliance
- Escalating any HR issues to AM or GM
- Spot talent and develop to get the best out of your team
- Maintain a positive and inclusive team culture.
- Ensure labour is controlled on your shifts
- Take an active role to ensure social media content is being generated on site
- Seek out opportunities to enhance the customer experience
- Seek out opportunities to grow and develop your business

**Job Types**: Permanent, Part-time, Full-time
Part-time hours: 25-35 per week

**Salary**: £11.00-£13.00 per hour

**Experience**:

- Supervising experience: 1 year (preferred)
- Restaurant management: 1 year (preferred)
- Bar management: 1 year (preferred)
- Hospitality: 1 year (preferred)
- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)
- Management: 1 year (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- Driving Licence (preferred)

Work Location: In person
