**Position**:Goods Inwards Coordinator

**Reports to**: Supervisor

**Role Overview**:Based at our site in Tallington, Peterborough, the main duty will be to manage the goods inwards process of all projects coming into the Tallington site, from checking goods being delivered are correct to the Purchase Order, inputting data into the company’s ERP system.

**Key Accountabilities**:

- The Safe Loading and Unloading of material and finished stock using a Forklift Truck.
- Accurate completion of the Goods Inwards (GRN) documentation and ERP system input.
- Movement of WiP in Factory, supporting production with raw materials and support materials for machines. kitting of customer orders
- General yard duties required to ensure Yard is safe and stock stored in a correct and safe manner

**Associated Responsibilities**:

- Support of all operations related activities as required particularly during periods of unplanned absence, holidays and high workloads.

**Experience and Training**:

- Previous experience in a Warehouse or Yard environment
- Previous FLT experience
- Previous experience in the loading and unloading of HGV vehicles
- Previous experience in Stock Control
- Previous experience with the use of ERP systems

- FLT license is essential, up to date FLT license is desirable.
