KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AND PERFORMANCE MEASURES:

- Liaise regularly with internal departments
- Use correct processes to ensure all enquires are handled and managed from identification through to resolution, in an effective and professional manner
- Raise, process and update various systems with PO’s, sales orders and quotations
- Manage accounts and assist with the progression of orders
- Identify opportunities to continually improve processes
- Resolve any customer enquiries and issues that may arise in a swift and efficient manner
- Ad-hoc duties when required

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS/EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

- A minimum of 5 GCSE’s, or equivalent, including English and Maths at Grade C/4 or above
- Strong customer service background
- Proficient with Microsoft packages (including Word and Excel)
- Experience in a similar previous role would be desirable
- A background in manufacturing would be advantageous

- Capable of working under pressure
- Must be IT literate to a high standard
